Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We will charge a $35 fee on all returned checks.

Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by JazzHamiltonUSA.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or instrument fabrication. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive to you. We will never rush the process of creating our handcrafted instruments. Such high quality in craftsmanship can only be achieved by giving ample time to the handcrafted fabrication process that goes into every instrument we proudly make for you, and the quality control guidelines that are in place in every step of the way.
Shipping Time for custom orders — Most orders received before 3:00PM EST will start the fabrication process the same day. Most orders received after 3:00 PM EST will start the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be started on the following Monday, except by prior arrangement.

At Jazz Hamilton USA, we handcraft musical instruments that help you perform better, feel better, and execute better thus elevating your talent to achieve a higher level of musicianship. Whether you’re using our instruments at the recording studio, on tour or the concert hall, we want you to be satisfied with your new Handcrafted Musical Instruments. We will gladly accept the return of our handcrafted musical instruments that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase for a warranty exchange or to fix any unforeseen issues.
We take great pride in our handcrafting techniques, designs, processes and our very strict quality control. Every one of our handcrafted instrument goes thru all the steps of creation until their last stop. Where one of our master craftsmen professionally acoustically customize, adjust and balance each instrument before shipment to their new home.
When you receive your new Custom Handcrafted Instrument from us as with any new instrument a break in process most take place and be done by the new owner. Take into consideration that a 100% handcrafted musical instrument is a truly work of art by it self. Allow ample time to let your brain adjust to a new Handcrafted Professional Instrument, especially if is your first. There are some erroneous things technically that musicians are obligated to do when playing a lower level instrument. Once you initiate the process of breaking in one of our magnificent instruments, your brain will start getting used to not having to compensate at the time of playing, (like you have to do in lower level instruments), and you will arrive to your new comfortable center zone. Once there you will enter a world where your talent is no longer trampled by the limitations of your instrument. As with any other Custom Handcrafted Professional Musical Instruments manufacturer, no refunds and no exchanges are offered. We stand strong by the high quality of our instruments and understand that your investment will last you for the rest of your life. That’s why we offer a 5 years Limited Warranty. Check our JHUSA 5 years limited warranty here. *Because handcrafted custom and personalized instruments are made just for you, they are not returnable.
If you are ever in the need of repair assistance for your Custom Handcrafted Instrument because of an accident, or after your warranty runs out, don’t hesitate to contact us. We are always here to help you. Our team of Jazz Hamilton USA trained technicians will bring back your instrument to perfect playing conditions. These services are offered for a nominal fee, only to owners of the Custom Handcrafted Musical Instruments we make. We don’t accept submissions of any other brands for service. This is part of the compromise we have with the artists that choose our instruments to be their voice.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
